6-3 責めることの放棄 The Relinquishment of Attack

すでに強調しておいたように、想念というものはどれもみな考える人の心のなかで始まる。
As we have already emphasized, every idea begins in the mind of the thinker.

したがって心から拡張する何かはまだそのなかにあり、何を拡張するかでその心は自らを知る。
Therefore, what extends from the mind is still in it, and from what it extends it knows itself.

「知る」という言葉がここでは正しい。聖霊は自らの偏見のない知覚を通して今でもあなたの心のなかに叡知を大事に保管しているのだから。
The word "knows" is correct here, because the Holy Spirit still holds knowledge safe in your mind through His impartial perception.

何一つ責めるということがないので、聖霊は神との意思の疎通を妨げることはない。
By attacking nothing, He presents no barrier to the communication of God.

したがって実在するものは決して脅かされたりしない。
Therefore, being is never threatened.

あなたの神のような心は絶対に汚されることはできないのである。
Your Godlike mind can never be defiled.

自我は決してそのような心の部分ではなかったし、そうなることも有り得ない。しかしあなたは自我を通して、真実ではないことを聞いたり教えたり学んだりすることはできる。
The ego never was and never will be part of it, but through the ego you can hear and teach and learn what is not true.

あなた（の自我）は自分自身に、「あなたの本当のすがたを自分ではないと信じるように」と教えてしまった。
You have taught yourself to believe that you are not what you are.

自分で学んでいないことを教えることはできないし、自分の教えている内容は、それを分かち合っていることになるので、自分自身のなかで強めることになる。
You cannot teach what you have not learned, and what you teach you strengthen in yourself because you are sharing it.

あなたは教えていることを一つのこらず自分で学んでいるのである。
Every lesson you teach you are learning.




だから、あなたはただ一つの教訓を教えなければならない。
That is why you must teach only one lesson.

あなた自身（自我の）葛藤から解放されるには、ただ聖霊から学び、ただ聖霊によって教える必要がある。
If you are to be conflict-free yourself, you must learn only from the Holy Spirit and teach only by Him.

あなたはただただ「愛そのもの」である。しかしこれを自分で否定するなら、自分が何なのか、「それを習って覚えなければいけないようなもの」に自分でしてしまう。
You are only love, but when you deny this, you make what you are something you must learn to remember.

以前私が述べたように、キリストのはりつけが教えようとしたのは、「愛そのものだけを教えること。あなたは愛そのものであるから」という教えだった。
I said before that the message of the crucifixion was, "Teach only love, for that is what you are.

これこそ完全に統一された一つの教訓、一つになっている唯一の教訓がこれであるから。
"This is the one lesson that is perfectly unified, because it is the only lesson that is one.

それを教えることによってのみ、それを学ぶことができる。
Only by teaching it can you learn it.

「自分で教えるように自分も学ぶ」ことになる。
"As you teach so will you learn. "

もしもそれが本当なら、これはまさにその通りなのだが、自ら教えることが自分に教えるということを忘れないほうがいい。
If that is true, and it is true indeed, do not forget that what you teach is teaching you.

そのうえあなたは自ら（無意識の罪悪感を）投影したり拡張したりすることを自分で信じる。
And what you project or extend you believe.




唯一の安全策は聖霊を拡張するうちに見いだされる。なぜなら他の者たちのなかに聖霊の優しさを見るにしたがい、あなた自身の心はその心自体まったく悪意のないものと見て取るからである。
The only safety lies in extending the Holy Spirit, because as you see His gentleness in others your own mind perceives itself as totally harmless.

いったんこのことを十分に受け入れることができれば、その心は自らを護る必要などないとわかる。
Once it can accept this fully, it sees no need to protect itself.

すると神に保護されているということが分かり始め、その心はいつまでも絶対に安全だと安心させられる。
The protection of God then dawns upon it, assuring it that it is perfectly safe forever.

絶対に安全だとわかっている者は悪意を抱いたりすることなど全くない。
The perfectly safe are wholly benign.

祝福されていると知っているので自分も祝福する。
They bless because they know that they are blessed.

不安のない心は本当に親切であり、そうした心は慈善を広めるので慈善心に満ちている。
Without anxiety the mind is wholly kind, and because it extends beneficence it is beneficent.

安全であるためには「完全に責めるということを放棄すること」だ。
Safety is the complete relinquishment of attack.

これにはどんな妥協も許されない。
No compromise is possible in this.

どのような形にせよ責めるということを教えると、自分がそうすることを学んで、それが自分を傷つけることになるだろう。
Teach attack in any form and you have learned it, and it will hurt you.

けれどもこうして学んだことは自分の心からいつまでも無くならないわけではない。それを教えないでおけば念頭から去らせることができる。
Yet this learning is not immortal, and you can unlearn it by not teaching it.




あなたは教えずにはいられないのだから、あなたの救いは自我の信じることをことごとく、その反対に教えるうちに見いだせる。
Since you cannot not teach, your salvation lies in teaching the exact opposite of everything the ego believes.

このようにすることであなたは、他の者たちがその真理をあなたから学ぶにつれて、自分を自由にし、自由なままでいられるようにしてくれる真理が分ってくる。
This is how you will learn the truth that will set you free, and will keep you free as others learn it of you.

平安をえる唯一つの方法は、平安を教えることである。
The only way to have peace is to teach peace.

平安を教えることであなた自身それを学んでいるに相違ない。自分がいまだに切り離して考えていることを教えられるはずがないのだから。
By teaching peace you must learn it yourself, because you cannot teach what you still dissociate.

ただそのようにすれば、自分で捨てさった叡智を取り戻せる。
Only thus can you win back the knowledge that you threw away.

あなたが分かち合おうとする考えは、自分の持っている考えに違いない。
An idea that you share you must have.

確信をもってそれを教えることで、それが自分の心のなかで目覚める。
It awakens in your mind through the conviction of teaching it.

あなたは自分の教えることを一つ残らず自分で学んでいる。
Everything you teach you are learning.

ただ愛そのものだけを教え、学んでほしい。愛そのものは自分のものであり自分こそ愛そのものである、と。
Teach only love, and learn that love is yours and you are love.
