5-4 教えと（真の）癒し Teaching and Healing

恐れがおおい隠している何かはまだあなたの部分。
What fear has hidden still is part of you.

贖罪（≒自我の「分離」という間違った思い込みを聖霊によって取り消すこと、それを進める聖霊の計画）に加わることこそ恐れから抜け出す道である。
Joining the Atonement is the way out of fear.

聖霊はあなたが自分にとって恐ろしいと知覚するものをことごとく解釈し直す手助けをし、ただ愛に満つるものだけが真実だと教えてくれる。
The Holy Spirit will help you reinterpret everything that you perceive as fearful, and teach you that only what is loving is true.

真理はあなたの破壊する力にとどかないところにあるが、あなたの受容力で全部受け入れることができるところにある。
Truth is beyond your ability to destroy, but entirely within your ability to accept.

真理は、神の拡張たるあなたが神と共にそれを創造したのだからあなたに属する。
It belongs to you because, as an extension of God, you created it with him.

真理はあなたの重要な部分なのであなたのもの。それはちょうど神があなたを創造したので、あなたは神の重要な部分であるというのと同じこと。
It is yours because it is part of you, just as you are part of God because he created you.

良いものはそれが何であれ、創造に代わって話す声である聖霊からくるのだから、失われることはない。
Nothing that is good can be lost because it comes from the Holy Spirit, the voice for creation.

良くないものは決して何ひとつ創造されていない、したがって擁護されることもありえない。
Nothing that is not good was ever created, and therefore cannot be protected.

贖罪（≒自我の「分離」という間違った思い込みを聖霊によって取り消すこと、それを進める聖霊の計画）は神の国の無事を保証するのであり、御子としての身分にある者たちが一つに結び付くことで護ることになる。
The Atonement is the guarantee of the safety of the Kingdom, and the union of the Sonship is its protection.

その身分にある者たちは団結しているので、自我が神の国に勝ることはできない。
The ego cannot prevail against the Kingdom because the Sonship is united.

心を一つにせよとの聖霊の呼びかけを聞き入れる者たちのまえで、自我は徐々に見えなくなり、ついには取り消されてしまう。
In the presence of those who hear the Holy Spirit's Call to be as one, the ego fades away and is undone.




自我は作ったものを自分のために取っておこうとする。だから自我には力がないのだ。
What the ego makes it keeps to itself, and so it is without strength.

その存在を分かち合おうとはしない。
Its existence is unshared.

死ぬこともない。自我は単に生まれたためしがないのである。
It does not die; it was merely never born.

肉体的誕生は始まりではなく、継続するもの。
Physical birth is not a beginning; it is a continuing.

継続するものはことごとくすでに生まれている。
Everything that continues has already been born.

あなたが自ら進んで自分の心の癒されていない部分を高等な部分に戻すにしたがって、それは増えていき、分離されていないものとして創造へと戻すことになる。
It will increase as you are willing to return the unhealed part of your mind to the higher part, returning it undivided to creation.

私はその土台となるものをあなたに与えるために来た。だからあなた自身の思いで自分を本当に自由にできる。
I have come to give you the foundation, so your own thoughts can make you really free.

あなたは、弱すぎて増えることもないような、分かち合われていない（自我という）想念の重荷をかかえてきたが、そんな想念を抱いたあとで、それをどのようにして取り消せばいいのかわからなかった。
You have carried the burden of unshared ideas that are too weak to increase, but having made them you did not realize how to undo them.

過去の間違いを自分ひとりで、なかったものとすることはできない。
You cannot cancel out your past errors alone.

それは贖罪（≒自我の「分離」という間違った思い込みを聖霊によって取り消すこと、それを進める聖霊の計画）なしでは心から消え失せないし、この贖罪はあなたが作った救済策ではない。
They will not disappear from your mind without the Atonement, a remedy not of your making.

贖罪は純粋に分かち合う行為だと理解しなければならない。
The Atonement must be understood as a pure act of sharing.

この世でも一つの御声に耳を傾けることはできると私が述べたとき、それを伝えたかった。
That is what I meant when I said it is possible even in this world to listen to one voice.

もしあなたが神の重要な部分であり、御子としての身分にある者たちが一つであるなら、あなたが自我の見る自己として限られてしまうはずはない。
If you are part of God and the Sonship is One, you cannot be limited to the self the ego sees.




御子としての身分にあるだれかが抱く愛に満つる思いは一つ残らず、その身分にぞくする一人ひとりのものとなる。
Every loving thought held in any part of the Sonship belongs to every part.

そうした思いは愛に満つるものだからこそ分かち合われる。
It is shared because it is loving.

分かち合うことは神のする創造のしかたであり、あなたのやり方でもある。
Sharing is God's way of creating, and also yours.

自我はあなたを神の国からはなれた異郷での生活に引き留めておけるが、神の国そのものにおいては何の力もない。
The ego can keep you in exile from the Kingdom, but in the Kingdom itself it has no power.

（あなたの本来の姿である）魂（スピリット）の想念はそれを思い付く心を離れたりしないし、そうした想念がおたがいに矛盾することもありえない。
Ideas of the spirit do not leave the mind that thinks them, nor can they conflict with each other.

しかしながら自我の想念は、異なった段階で起きるのだし、そのうえ同じ段階において相反する思いを含んだりするので矛盾することがありえる。
However, ideas of the ego can conflict because they occur at different levels and also include opposite thoughts at the same level.

対立する思いを分かち合うことなど不可能。
It is impossible to share opposing thoughts.

分かち合えるのはただ神にぞくする思いだけであり、これを神はあなたのために取っておいてくれる。
You can share only the thoughts that are of God and that he keeps for you.

そうした思いこそ神の国のもの。
And of such is the Kingdom of Heaven.

その他の思いは聖霊が神の国に照らして解釈し直し、それもまた分かち合われるにふさわしい思いとするまであなたに留まることになる。
The rest remains with you until the Holy Spirit has reinterpreted them in the light of the Kingdom, making them, too, worthy of being shared.

そうした思いが十分に清められたときには、聖霊があなたにそれをほかの者に与えさせる。
When they have been sufficiently purified he lets you give them away.

そうした思いを分かち合いたいと決心することがまさにその思いを清めることになる。
The decision to share them is their purification.




私は、ただ自分一人のために償うことはできないとよく分ったので、一つの御声を聞き入れた。
I heard one voice because I understood that I could not atone for myself alone.

一つの御声に耳を傾けるとは、あなた自身その声を聞くために、それを分かち合うと決心するという意味を含んでいる。
Listening to one voice implies the decision to share It in order to hear It yourself.

私のうちにあった御心は、神に創造された心の一つひとつに今も抑えきれないほど引き付けられている。というのは神の完全なすがたこそ御子の完全なすがただからである。
The Mind that was in me is still irresistibly drawn to every mind created by God, because God's wholeness is the wholeness of his Son.

あなたは傷つけられるはずがない。だから自分の完全なすがたしかきょうだいに見せたいと望んだりしないように。
You cannot be hurt, and do not want to show your brother anything except your wholeness.

そのきょうだいには、あなたを傷つけることはできないということを見せ、何の責任も負わせたりしないように。さもないとそのために自分自身をとがめることになる。
Show him that he cannot hurt you and hold nothing against him, or you hold it against yourself.

これが「ほかの頬もむけよ」といわれている意味である。
This is the meaning of "turning the other cheek."




教えることはいろいろな方法でなされるが、一番よくつかわれるのは実例による教え方。
Teaching is done in many ways, above all by example.

教えることは（真の）癒しとなるべきだ。それは自分の考えを分かち合うことであり、そうすることがさらに自分の考えを強めると認めることであるから。
Teaching should be healing, because it is the sharing of ideas and the recognition that to share ideas is to strengthen them.

私は自分が学んだことを教えずにはいられない気持ちを無視できないし、それは学んだからこそ生じた思いだ。
I cannot forget my need to teach what I have learned, which arose in me because I learned it.

私はあなたに学んだことを教えるようにと勧める。そうすればあなた自身、学んだことを頼りにできるのだから。
I call upon you to teach what you have learned, because by so doing you can depend on it.

私の名こそ神の子の御名であるから、あなたの学んだことを私の名によって頼みがいのあるものにしてほしい。
Make it dependable in my name because my name is the Name of God's Son.

私は学んだことをあなたに自由に与えるし、私のうちにあった御心は、あなたが自ら選んでそれを聞こうとするのを喜んでいる。
What I learned I give you freely, and the Mind that was in me rejoices as you choose to hear it.




聖霊はわれわれみんなのうちで、もとどおりにすることによって償い、こうしてあなたが自分の心に課した重荷を取りのけてくれる。
The Holy Spirit atones in all of us by undoing, and thus lifts the burden you have placed in your mind.

聖霊にしたがうことによって、あなたは本来いるべき神のもとへと導かれるのだが、自分のきょうだいを一緒に連れていかずに、どのようにしてその道を見つけ出すつもりでいるのだろうか。
By following him you are led back to God where you belong, and how can you find the way except by taking your brother with you?

贖罪（≒自我の「分離」という間違った思い込みを聖霊によって取り消すこと、それを進める聖霊の計画）における私の役割は、あなたがその贖罪に加わって、それを他の者にも与えるまで完了したとはいえない。
My part in the Atonement is not complete until you join it and give it away.

教えるにしたがって、あなた自身が学ぶことになる。
As you teach so shall you learn.

私は決してあなたを置き去りにしたり見捨てたりしないつもりだ。あなたを見捨てたりすれば、わたし自身と私を創造した神とを見捨てることになる。
I will never leave you or forsake you, because to forsake you would be to forsake myself and God Who created me.

もしあなたがきょうだいたちのだれかを見捨てるなら、それはあなた自身と神とを見捨てることになる。
You forsake yourself and God if you forsake any of your brothers.

きょうだいたちをあるがままの姿に見るようになり、そのきょうだいたちも自分と同様、神にぞくするのだと理解しなければならない。
You must learn to see them as they are, and understand they belong to God as you do.

あなたのきょうだいにたいして、神にぞくするものを神へ戻すように援助するよりも、もっといい待遇のしかたがあるだろうか。
How could you treat your brother better than by rendering unto God the things that are God's?




贖罪はあなたに癒された心のもつ力というものを与えるが、創造する力は神からのものである。
The Atonement gives you the power of a healed mind, but the power to create is of God.

したがって赦された者たちは、癒すという想念を受け入れたからには、その想念を保持するためにそれを他の者に与えなければならないので、まず癒しに専心する必要がある。
Therefore, those who have been forgiven must devote themselves first to healing because, having received the idea of healing, they must give it to hold it.

神の想念をすこしでも神の国に与えないでおくかぎり、創造力を十分に現すことはできない。
The full power of creation cannot be expressed as long as any of God's ideas is withheld from the Kingdom.

心を合わせて一つの意思を持つ御子としての身分にある者たちこそ、御父のように創造できる唯一の創造者といえる。完全なものだけが完全に考えることができるし、神の考えられることには何一つ不足はないのだから。
The joint will of the Sonship is the only creator that can create like the Father, because only the complete can think completely, and the thinking of God lacks nothing.

あなたが聖霊を通さずに自分で考えつくことは、なんでもみな何かが不足していることは確か。
Everything you think that is not through the Holy Spirit is lacking.




本当に神聖なあなたが苦しむことなど有り得るだろうか。
How can you who are so holy suffer?

過去のできごとはその美しい点をのぞいてみな過ぎ去ったのであり、残っているのは祝福だけである。
All your past except its beauty is gone, and nothing is left but a blessing.

私はあなたがだれかに親切にしてあげた時のことをみな取っておいたし、あなたの抱いた愛のこもった思いは一つのこらず取っておいた。
I have saved all your kindnesses and every loving thought you ever had.

こうしたあなたの心遣いを、それにともなう光を隠していた間違いから清めたうえで、あなたのためにそうした心遣いそのもののこの上ない輝きのなかに保っておいた。
I have purified them of the errors that hid their light, and kept them for you in their own perfect radiance.

こうした心遣いはくじかれたり罪責感を感じたりすることを通り越している。
They are beyond destruction and beyond guilt.

それはあなたの内なる聖霊から生じたのであり、我々は神が創造なするものは永遠だとわかっている。
They came from the Holy Spirit within you, and we know what God creates is eternal.

私は自分自身を愛するようにあなたを愛したので、あなたは確かに平安のうちに旅立てる。
You can indeed depart in peace because I have loved you as I loved myself.

あなたは私の祝福と共に、また私の祝福のためにも行くことになる。
You go with my blessing and for my blessing.

その祝福をしっかりつかみ分かち合おう、そうすればいつまでも我々のものとなるだろう。
Hold it and share it, that it may always be ours.

私は神の平安をあなたの胸と手のひらにおく、あなたがしっかりと抱きしめた上で分かち合えるように。
I place the peace of God in your heart and in your hands, to hold and share.

あなたの胸はその平安を抱けるように純粋であり、あなたはそれを与えることができる強い手をもっている。
The heart is pure to hold it, and the hands are strong to give it.

我々は失うはずがない。
We cannot lose.

私の判断力は神の智恵と同じように力強いのであり、その神の胸と手のうちにこそ我々は実在する。
My judgment is as strong as the wisdom of God, in whose heart and hands we have our being.

穏やかさにつつまれた神の子供たちこそ、祝福された御子たちである。
His quiet children are his blessed Sons.

神の思いはあなたと共にある。
The Thoughts of God are with you.
